Mindful Living
Meditation for everyday life
A six-week exploration of how meditation practice can transform the way we live, work, and relate. Practical, grounded, and immediately applicable to the challenges of modern life.
What We Explore
This course looks at how meditation is not just something we do on a cushion — it is a way of being in the world. We explore how to bring awareness and compassion into our work, our relationships, and even the most mundane daily activities.
Topics include:
- Working with stress and the busy mind
- Mindful communication
- Meditation and sleep
- Technology and the distracted mind
- Finding meaning and purpose
Format
Each Wednesday evening we begin with a guided meditation, then explore a theme through teaching, small group discussion, and reflection practices. You will also receive simple home practices to explore during the week.
This course pairs well with Introduction to Meditation, though it stands completely on its own.
