A free weekly drop-in meditation session open to everyone. Thirty minutes of guided meditation followed by a short teaching and informal tea. No booking required — just come.

Our Thursday evening sitting is the heart of our community week. It is completely free, requires no booking, and welcomes everyone — whether you have been meditating for decades or are curious for the first time.

Format

  • 6:00pm — Doors open, quiet settling time
  • 6:15pm — Guided meditation (30 minutes)
  • 6:45pm — Short teaching or reading (15 minutes)
  • 7:00pm — Informal tea and conversation

What to Expect

We keep things simple and unhurried. There is no expectation to speak, participate, or share. Come as you are.

A donation bowl is by the door. All donations support our scholarship fund, which helps those who cannot afford our courses attend free of charge.
