Introduction to Meditation
An 8-week foundation course
Learn to settle your mind and find genuine peace. This friendly, step-by-step course introduces the core techniques of Buddhist meditation in a completely accessible way — no experience, no belief required.
What You Will Learn
Over eight evenings you will discover that meditation is simpler than you think, and more transformative than you might expect. We begin with the basics — posture, breath, and how to relate to the wandering mind — and build steadily through more subtle techniques.
Each class includes:
- A short teaching
- Guided meditation (30 minutes)
- Discussion and Q&A
