The office at Norbu Ling handles all correspondence on behalf of Lama Karma Dorje. Please allow 5–10 working days for a response. During retreat periods, response times may be longer.

Media Enquiries
Journalists, filmmakers, and researchers wishing to interview or film Lama Karma Dorje should write to the office with a detailed proposal and their institutional affiliation. We aim to respond within two weeks.

Teaching Invitations
Dharma centres wishing to invite Lama Karma Dorje to teach should submit a formal invitation letter through email, including proposed dates, topic, and expected audience. Invitations are reviewed annually each January.

Personal Meetings
Students who have attended at least one teaching may request a personal meeting. Requests should be made through the office. Meetings are offered in a spirit of genuine practice guidance, not casual consultation.

How to Reach Norbu Ling

By Air
The nearest airport is Dharamsala (Gaggal) Airport (DHM), approximately 70 km from Bir. Flights operate from Delhi (DEL) and Chandigarh (IXC). From Dharamsala, taxis to Bir take approximately 2 hours.

By Train
The nearest railhead is Pathankot Junction (PTK), served by trains from Delhi, Mumbai, and Amritsar. From Pathankot, shared taxis and buses operate to Bir (approximately 3 hours).

By Road
Bir is located on the NH-154A. From Delhi, the drive takes approximately 10–12 hours via Chandigarh and Mandi. HRTC Volvo buses operate overnight from Delhi's ISBT Kashmiri Gate to Baijnath (5 km from Bir).
