🚌 TriMet Bus: Lines 72 (Alberta) and 24 (Fremont) stop at NE Alberta & 28th Ave, one block from the center.
🚗 Parking: Free street parking available on NE Alberta Street and surrounding streets. Avoid posted permit zones.
🚲 Cycling: We're on the Alberta Arts District bike route. Covered bike parking available in the side alley.
Accessibility: Our space is fully wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs and we'll ensure everything is arranged.

Quick answers

Do I need to book in advance?

Drop-in classes can be attended without booking. Courses and workshops require registration. The Saturday Community Sit is always walk-in.

I've never meditated before — is that OK?

Absolutely. Most of our programs are designed with beginners in mind, and even our open sits are welcoming to first-timers. Show up, sit down, breathe.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. We have mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions, and blocks available to borrow. Wear comfortable clothing.

Can I bring my children?

We ask that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult and are mindful of others during silent sessions. Check our calendar for family-specific events.
